As a receptionist at Moutershof, a rehabilitation and residential care center, I have various responsibilities. Besides usual tasks like answering phone calls, handling emails, and assisting visitors and residents with various inquiries, administrative tasks are also part of my role. This includes processing invoices, arranging transportation for appointments, and scanning residents’ ID cards.<\/p>\n

I also welcome new residents, guide them to their rooms, and provide them with the necessary information about their stay. With my extensive range of tasks, I ensure that both residents and visitors receive a warm and professional welcome at Moutershof.<\/p>\n
